Site changes (24th January 2008)
We've made some changes to the support site.
By default, all the articles which are relevant to older (unsupported) versions of Monitor Master are now not navigable by the main FAQ site.
If you want to view these articles, then click on the Change display settings at the bottom of the page, and enable the Display all articles option.
Note that this does not affect searches, so when you search, you can still limit the versions in the same way. Also, if you know the article number, you can visit it with the same URL as before.
We've also taken the opportunity to make sure that articles which were previously marked as 'for any product' are now specific to the product to which they refer if there was a version number associated with it.
All the articles have now been assigned a product, and two new "products" have been created - Support related and documentation. These are now searchable as well, so if you're only after information about support, then you can select that in the drop-down. Furthermore, the drop-down is also available in the right hand side where you can search - and it also remembers what you searched for.
We will also be moving this article to the general section in a couple of months, but since the changes that have been made are fairly dramatic, we thought it was worth putting on the front page for the moment.
